1. FillnDrive solutions

What solutions do you offer and for whom?

Our innovative digital solutions are aimed at all those involved in the distribution of energy for mobility and at users of carbon-free mobility solutions.

Our customers, partners and users include manufacturers of hydrogen and CNG distribution station equipment, station operators, fleets of CNG or hydrogen-powered vehicles, hydrogen molecule suppliers and electrolyser operators.

In which countries can we find FillnDrive solutions? 

Our solutions are currently being used in Europe (EU27+3) and Oceania.

They will shortly be deployed in North America, South-East Asia and the Middle East.

What are the main benefits of using your solutions?

Generally speaking, our solutions help to improve the economic and technical performance of the Stations they equip, as well as customer satisfaction. For more details, please consult the pages dedicated to each of our solutions or contact our team.

Why are your products certified?

 

Our products are certified to meet the various safety and sales standards governing the distribution of gaseous fuels (AFIR). To this end, our products are certified to OIML R139, which certifies the legal metrology of our products as gaseous energy distribution points (H2/CNG).

You are the user of this app and what can I do with it?

It is intended for all users of hydrogen-powered vehicles. At a glance, you can see the location of filling stations in Europe, the products available, the methods of payment accepted, the opening times and, above all, you can be informed in when these stations are unavailable. 

To optimise your refuelling experience, we also offer a refuelling history and statistics.

How does station status information work?

The station’s automatic control system transmits information to FillnDrive in real time about its availability and the availability of each product. For example, a station may be open but only one of the products it offers may be available.

How do I pay for a top-up at the station?

If you don’t have a subscription, you can pay for your top-up directly at the station (cash, bank card, fuel card, etc.). Go to the mobile application to see which stations accept which payment methods.

If you have a subscription, you do not have to pay directly at the station. Your top-ups are billed according to the contract with your operator. You can then use the card/key-fobs given by your contract manager or identify yourself with your account on our mobile app.

How do I get an account on the FillnDrive mobile application?

User accounts on the FillnDrive mobile application are reserved for subscribers of one of FillnDrive’s partner operators. You can find the list here (Il faut donc prévoir une section ou un renvois vers nos ref), or in the partner section of our mobile application. 

If you are a subscriber, once the FillnDrive mobile application has been installed on your smartphone, you will need to enter your phone number and an activation code received by text message. This code is only valid for 48 hours. If the link has expired, repeat the operation. (pas clair à mon sens que c’est l’opérateur qui peux renvoyer le code mais c’est clair dans l’app+ en dessous donc on peut aussi ne rien mettre)

I haven’t received my text message?

 If you haven’t received the code, contact your fleet manager or your operator’s customer service department.

I don’t have a badge, what should I do? 

If your contract is recent, your badge may still be in the process of being sent. 

If you don’t have a badge, you can use your operator’s mobile application, logging in using your phone number.

What does the status of a station mean?

The colour of the station marker corresponds to its status in real time.

Green means the station is open, red means it’s unavailable, grey means it’s offline and blue means it’s under construction. The legend is also available at any time in the mobile application in the about section.

How can I be sure that the product I need is available at the station I want to go to?

Go to the FillnDrive mobile application to check that your product is available at the station. By default, a filter is applied to the stations to display only those offering the products in your contract.

What price will I pay at the station? 

If you are logged in as a driver with a subscription in our mobile application, the price displayed will be the same as the one charged under your contract. If you are not logged in, the price is the public price, which does not apply to you. (pas d’accord si c’est un anonyme qui regarde la question)

Can I top up at all the stations? 

 

You may be able to access some stations and not others, depending on your subscription. To find out the list, go to the FillnDrive mobile application. The filters list allows you to display only the “authorised access” stations.

3. Station operator

What are our supervision solutions?

Our solutions are designed to provide a global view of your stations or dispensers. In particular, our products enable you to monitor the operating status of your stations live (graphs, KPIs, etc.). We also offer a SCADA service that provides a technical overview of your stations’ environment, with alarms and other parameters that are 100% configurable and customisable. 

How can I control my station with FillnDrive?

We offer complete control of your stations via a web portal. You can use it for a variety of purposes, including managing your customers and their access to your stations, with an export service to simplify your invoicing. You also have access to a dahsboard, which gives you a quick, real-time view of the status of your stations, as well as fill rates and recent KPIS.

How can I secure access to my station?

We offer an alarm system and secure barriers to be configured on the stations. Thanks to this service, you can configure access to your stations according to your needs (opening times, areas reserved for technicians, etc.). You will also be able to configure and manage all access to your stations (barriers, doors, etc.) remotely. 

Support services

We provide a support service to assist you in the event of a problem with FillnDrive equipment or if you encounter a problem on our web portal. 

 

For any technical malfunction, we invite you to report the error on our support page. For all other problems, you can contact our support department on the numbers provided by FillnDrive.

This offer consists of a complete and innovative legal metrology screen that you can find on the corresponding product page combine with a powerful web portal to monitor your equipment. VCID offers a new, simplified user experience with audio message, configurable user guide and many available languages. This offer is accompanied by access to our web portal, which allows you to visualize your FillnDrive equipment in real time and to manage the various configurations, technical accesses and more. This offer comes with a range of options for your station’s operators, including payment solutions to suit their needs …

What are the advantages of these product? 

FillnDrive offer a new kind of experience for hydrogen and CNG drivers. With multiple languages, audio messages and tailor user guide with truly simplify the experience at the station. Moreover, we keep the experience smooth for stations manufacturers but also station operators with our connected equipment and their monitoring in our web portal. As they are connected, you can monitor equipment’s at the station but also remotely.
