Questions? We've got answers.
Solutions, the mobile app, station operator tools and manufacturer integrations — the questions we get asked most.
FillnDrive solutions
What solutions do you offer and for whom?
Our digital solutions cover the whole distribution of energy for mobility — for station manufacturers, station operators, fleet managers, suppliers and electrolyser operators.
In which countries can we find FillnDrive solutions?
We're currently deployed across Europe (EU27+3) and Oceania, with expansion planned to North America, Southeast Asia and the Middle East.
What are the main benefits of using your solutions?
They improve the economic and technical performance of your stations, and boost driver and customer satisfaction.
Why are your products certified?
They meet the safety and sales standards governing the distribution of gaseous fuels (AFIR), and hold OIML R139 legal metrology certification.
FillnDrive mobile application
On which stores can I find it?
The FillnDrive app is available on the App Store and Google Play.
What can I do with it?
Locate filling stations, check product availability, payment methods and opening hours, and receive real-time unavailability alerts. You also get your refueling history and statistics. Use the application as a digital badge and unlock the dispenser to perform a refill.
How does station status information work?
Each station's automatic control system transmits its availability to FillnDrive in real time.
How do I pay for a top-up?
Non-subscribers pay directly at the station. Subscribers are billed according to their contract, identifying themselves with a card or the mobile app.
How do I get an account?
Accounts are reserved for subscribers of an operator that partners with FillnDrive. The operator enters a phone number, and the user then receives an activation code via SMS—this code is valid for 10 minutes.
I haven't received my text message, what should I do?
Contact your fleet manager or your operator's customer service department.
I don't have a badge, what should I do?
For new contracts, your badge may still be in transit; in the meantime, you can use the mobile app by asking your operator to authorize it. To do this, provide them with your mobile phone number. They will then be able to send you an SMS containing an activation code. The FillnDrive mobile app will allow you to refuel using your mobile phone.
What does the station status color mean?
Green means open, red means unavailable, grey means offline, and blue means under construction.
How can I verify product availability?
Open the FillnDrive mobile app to check that your product is available before you travel.
What price will I pay?
Logged-in subscribers see their contracted price; everyone else sees the public price.
Can I top up at all stations?
Access depends on your subscription. Use the app's filters to see only the stations you're authorised to access.
Station operator
What are our supervision solutions?
A global view of your stations, with real-time monitoring, graphs, KPIs, and a SCADA service with 100% configurable alarms.
How can I control my station?
Complete control via a web portal — customer management, access control, invoicing, dashboards and real-time status, all in one place.
How can I secure access to my station?
You can install physical barriers that can be controlled via your FillnDrive web portal, thanks to the CZAM solution. CZAM allows you to restrict access—ensuring that only authorized users can charge their vehicles—by requiring the use of their charging badge or the mobile app.
What support is available?
Technical issues can be reported through our support page; for anything else, our team is reachable by phone.
Manufacturers of stations and dispensers
